Dr. Kristen Windmuller-Luna

Come learn about the fascinating exhibition at the Cleveland Museum of Art, including an object from The Temple Museum collection!  “Africa and Byzantium” considers the complex artistic relationships between northern and eastern African Christian kingdoms and the Byzantine Empire from the fourth century and beyond.  Dr. Kirsten Windmuller-Luna (Curator of African Arts, CMA) will provide behind-the-scenes perspectives on the exhibition while highlighting Jewish artworks from northern Africa and Ethiopia.
