Kim Cole brings broad experience in resource development, project management, training, and volunteer management, in roles of ever-increasing responsibility. She was the Development Director at B’nai Jeshurun for six years and her nonprofit career has included meaningful work in a women’s health clinic, an urban high school, a museum, a nursing home, and pre-eminent universities.
Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Macalester College, a Masters in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University, and a Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University. She has vast volunteer leadership experience including her present role on the board and executive committee of Macalester College’s Alumni Board. Kim grew up at TTTI, where she became a bat mitzvah and confirmand. Kim lives in Shaker Heights with her husband Jeff Brown and school-aged daughter.
